The Skill Techniques
Footwork:
- Front Step. Rear foot steps forward one step, causing a change in stance.
- Back Step. Front foot steps backward one step, causing a change in stance.
- Front Slide. Front foot slides forward, back foot trails behind. Keeps same stance.
- Back Slide. Back foot slides backwards, front foot trails behind. Keeps same stance.
- Side Step. Rear foot moves at 45 degree angle left or right keeping the same stance.
- Side Slide. Both feet slide left or right at same time keeping the same stance.
Rear Leg Kicks:
- AX AX Kick. Lift rear leg straight up and bring heel down on opponent's head.
- BK Back Kick. Turn 180 degrees bringing Back leg straight forward into opponent's mid-section.
- CK Crecent Kick. Rear leg lifts in an inward circular path towards opponent's head.
- FK Frontkick. Lift back knee up and thrust rear foot into opponent's mid-section, snapping back.
- P Punch. Rear fisted hand thrusted into opponent's chest.
- RC Reverse Crecent Kick. Rear leg swing in an outward circular motion. Similar to the Crecent Kick, but outwards.
- RH Roundhouse Kick. Rear leg is thrust forward while pivoting on front foot, striking opponent with instep.
- SK Sidekick. Front leg lifts up and is thrust horizontally into the opponent's mid-section, striking with the heel.
- SpK Spining Kick. As the body twist around the rear leg lifts and circles upward, leading with the heel. Bring striking foot back to original location. You have turned backwards 360 degrees.
Front Leg Kicks:
- fFK Front Frontkick (stop front kick). Lift front knee and snap the foot forward striking with the balls of the foot into opponent's mid-section. Use to stop an attacking opponent.
- fRC Front Reverse Crecent. Lift front leg swinging outward. The strike to the opponent should be made to the head with the outside edge of foot.
- fRH Front Roundhouse. Lift front knee, pivoting on rear leg, and snap the instep into opponent's mid-section or face.
- fSK Front Sidekick (stop side kick). Lift front knee, pivoting on rear leg, and snap the heel instep into opponent's mid-section. Used to stop an attacking opponent.
