They call me Kicks. I'm a second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. My sons (Cory and Ross) and I have been students at Moon College Tae Kwon Do since January of 1993, studying under the tutelage of 7th Dan Master Yang Moon and his 3rd, 4th and 5th Dan instructors. I consider myself successful in my Martial Arts training since I have accomplished the goals I set when I started; they being: 1) To lose weight and get in shape; 2) Get involved in a sport that I could enjoy and do well at; and 3) To earn my black belt. Since starting Tae Kwon Do I have lost 28 lbs; won most of my divisional tournaments; and was awarded my First Degree Black Belt in June of 1995.
This page is my way of sharing with you what I have learned so that it may help you in achieving your goals. My program is divided into 2 parts; 1) Physical Fitness and 2) Tournament Training. Also, enjoy the tournament pictures (mostly of Ross)!
